At Legacy Trails Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Standard Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Print-on-Demand & Custom Items Because our apparel, drinkware, and accessories are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error on your order.
