Thank you for shopping with Legacy Trails Co.! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Processing Time Since many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printify), please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or high-demand items may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (where available)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
3. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the fulfillment provider handling your order.
4. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
5. Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [your email] and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at [your email] before the order goes into production.
9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
